OSCEOLA — The city of Osceola has banned pit bulls and several other dogs it labels as “vicious.” Staffordshire terriers, American pit bull terriers, American Staffordshire terriers, chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, American Bandogge mastiffs and Neopolitan mastiffs.
